Application development is a dynamic process. After working on many app projects we have learned that it is impossible to foresee every scenario that may arise during development. Throughout the life of a project, features, priorities, and goals often change, and that is to be expected. In the development world, change is the result of identifying problems and opportunities during the development process, and WE EMBRACE IT. Eric Ries’ book The Lean Startup, suggests a development strategy, and we agree that it is the best way to develop mobile apps.
