This Privacy Policy applies to all of the web-based services and offline products offered by Neovix, Inc. (Company). Company is committed to protecting your privacy and developing technology that gives you the most powerful and safe online and mobile experience. This Privacy Policy applies to the Company along with apps and websites owned by Neovix, Inc. and governs data collection and usage. By using the Company’s products or websites you consent to the data practices described in this Policy. Company encourages you to review this document so that you can understand how the company collects, uses and shares your information. Company is not responsible for the privacy statements of any websites or apps you visit as a result of visiting the Company’s sites. Refer to the Privacy Policy for those sites if and when you visit them.

Customer/recipient protection

  1. Regarding mailing services: COMPANY will not use the customer’s/recipient’s information to send marketing materials without the customer’s prior permission.
  2. The Company may store copies of documents uploaded to the app for mailing, such as pdf’s or images.
  3. Customer must note that COMPANY is unable to complete the mailing of orders unless recipient and sender information is entered into the app. If you do not wish to enter addresses for the sender or recipient of a letter or postcard, please do not use the app.

Information COMPANY collects within applications:

COMPANY may collect information including but not limited to the following:

  • Transactional information in relation to order fulfillment;
  • Sender/recipient name;
  • Sender/recipient email address;
  • The name and address of the sender and recipients;
  • Images and textual content used by customers in creating letters and postcards;
  • Details of navigation of the app during customers’ use of the application(s);
  • Details of any postcards ordered;

Where necessary, the information collected is transmitted in a secure manner to third-party providers such as credit card processors,

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy, COMPANY protects all personal and financial data from being disclosed to any third parties except when required by law. In addition, COMPANY may use the customer’s information to assist in the prevention of unlawful activities, e.g., intellectual property rights infringement, and illegal financial activities that may have an adverse effect on the customer’s or COMPANY’s interest.

Collection of your Personal Information

Company collects personally identifiable information, such as your e-mail address, name, home or work address or telephone number. There is also information about your computer hardware and software that is automatically collected by Company. This information can include your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times, and referring addresses. This information is used by the Company for the operation of the service, to maintain the quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding the use of applications. Company also retains the addresses of others you may enter into the app. Company retains this data for the functionality of the APP.

Use of your Personal Information

Company collects and uses your personal information (such as your name, email address, return address and an account password which is used to protect your account from unauthorized access) in order to operate various applications and deliver the services you have requested. Company stores, processes, and maintains contact lists, recipient addresses, and other data related to your account in order to provide the service to you. The company may contact you via the contact information you provided during registration in order to assist, process, or close an order or for any other service-related issue. When you send email or other communication to the Company, we may retain those communications in order to process your inquiries, respond to your requests, and improve our services. Users must identify themselves via an e-mail and password to access, change or remove the information associated with an account. We may decline to process requests that we deem unreasonable (require disproportionate technical effort, jeopardize the privacy of others, or would be extremely impractical, or for which access is not otherwise required). Post Office and Mailing Services Provided

By using the LETTRIX APP, you are authorizing Company employees to view, handle and mail your items. Once mail is placed in a United States post office box or is passed to a USPS employee, the Company is not responsible for this mail. The mail is considered federal property until it is delivered to the specified address. At that point the letter is as secure as any other letter trusted to the United States Post Office. Use of Cookies on Websites

The Companys websites and apps use “cookies” to help you personalize your online experience. A cookie is a text file that is placed on your hard disk by a Web page server. Cookies cannot be used to run programs or deliver viruses to your computer. Cookies are uniquely assigned to you, and can only be read by a web server in the domain that issued the cookie to you. Company keeps track of the Company pages on the website and mobile app customers visit within in order to determine what Company services are the most popular. This data is used to enhance the user experience and may be used to deliver customized content and advertising within website and app users whose behavior indicates that they are interested in a particular subject area. We may at times use an outside company to display advertisements on the Company website and mobile apps. These advertisements may contain cookies. While we use cookies in other parts of our applications and websites, cookies received with banner advertisements are collected by our advertisements company, and we do not have access to this information.

The Company uses a tool called “Google Analytics” to collect information about use of this site. Google Analytics collects information such as how often users visit this site, what pages they visit when they do so, and what other sites they used prior to coming to this site. We use the information we get from Google Analytics only to improve this site. Google Analytics collects only the IP address assigned to you on the date you visit this site, rather than your name or other identifying information. We do not combine the information collected through the use of Google Analytics with personally identifiable information. Security of your Personal Information

Company secures your personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. Company secures the personally identifiable information you provide on computer servers in a controlled, secure environment, protected from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. When personal information is transmitted by the website or LETTRIX APP, it is protected through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol. Company does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties. Company may, from time to time, contact you on behalf of external business partners about a particular offering that may be of interest to you. In those cases, your unique personally identifiable information (e-mail, name, address, telephone number) is not transferred to the third party. In addition, Company may share data with trusted partners to help us perform statistical analysis, send you email, send postal mail, provide customer support, or arrange for deliveries. All such third parties are prohibited from using your personal information except to provide these services to Company, and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information.
